Alan Keetley...David's Friend
I have been very fortunate in having met Alan, over the net.
Although, we have only spoken by e-mail and Powwow, I feel like I have known him for a very long time. He, has been friends with David, Mick, and the rest of the band over the years.
In his desire to be able to show you some of the things he as aquired over the years, Alan has sent me these items that you will see below....please wait for the page to load, as I am sure you will find it most interesting.
Also... this web page only scratches the surface of the items I will be presenting over the next few months. Stop back often, as I will try to present some things that you may have not seen before...and all from Heepster Alan Keetley, England !
A few facts about Alan.....
He was born April 21st 1952, (that makes him 3 months, 4 days older than me !)
Alan's wife's name is Margaret, and they have four children, and two grandchildren.
He first saw Heep during the Demons and Wizards tour, and has been "hooked on heep" ever since !
His personal pursuits include motorcycles, and travelling.
His friendship with David Byron began during his visit to Nottingham when he was touring with The Byron Band. Some of the atricles on this page were given to Alan, by him page David gave me.
From Alan: "May I take this oppurtunity to thank Dave, hani,Rod and all the other Heepsters on the web for the fantastic work they do".
May I present....Heep past ....
Titled "Uriah Heep Live", this are the Shepperton recordings, released by "Success"
This letter, written by David:
"Cheers Alan,
Thanks for your support. Keep on telling the world.
My Best Wishes
